• Assist senior agents with open homes, inspections, and buyer follow-ups.
• Manage appointment bookings, emails, and diary coordination.
• Maintain and enhance the client experience throughout the sales journey.
• Support agents with listing preparation, marketing distribution, and client communication.
• Conduct market research and prepare property reports.
• Contribute to team marketing efforts and brand awareness campaigns.
• Assist with CRM updates, data entry, and administrative support.
