PrizePop is a fast-growing startup looking for a proactive and organized Web & Social Media Coordinator to join our team. We are a leading provider of innovative giveaway marketing solutions. If you’re eager to gain hands-on experience in administration, social media, and web management while working in a dynamic environment, we’d love to hear from you!

What you’ll do

Assist with administrative tasks (email management, data entry, document organization).

Manage and update our website (basic content edits and functionality changes).

Create and schedule social media content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).

Engage with our online community and respond to comments/messages.

Assist with marketing campaigns and research industry trends.

Support other day-to-day operations as needed in a startup environment.

What We’re Looking For

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook).

Basic knowledge of website management (WordPress, or similar is a plus).

Ability to multitask and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

A creative mindset with good writing and communication skills.

A team player who will work from our HQ in Sydney CBD. There is no “Work From Home” option available for this role.

This role would best suit a university graduate. All training is provided by our existing team.
