You’ll make sure our clients feel supported, informed, and genuinely excited about the gear they’ve helped create. That means clear communication, strong attention to detail, and the initiative to keep everything moving behind the scenes.

About the role

This is a hands-on role that sits at the heart of our client experience. You'll be the go-to for helping gyms and coaches navigate our design and production pipeline from first enquiry to final delivery. That means clear communication, solid organisation, and attention to detail at every step.

You’ll be supported by both our Marketing Manager and Director, working closely with them to learn the ropes, build confidence, and develop your skills across multiple parts of the business.

You’ll also jump in across marketing, CRM, event prep, and order fulfilment when needed. It’s fast, varied, and always moving—perfect for someone who’s organised, curious, and up for getting stuck in.

Your day-to-day will include:

Managing customer comms (mostly via our CRM), guiding clients through the design and production process

Supporting with orders, timelines, updates, and the occasional exchange

Keeping our CRM organised and up to date so the whole team stays in sync

Helping with content: writing captions, filming reels, and basic design work

Using Illustrator (not essential to already know how - we’ll teach the right person)

Packing and checking orders during busy weeks or new drops

Jumping in on shoot days, event activations, and comp support when needed

Who You Are

You’re someone who enjoys taking ownership of your work and learning as you go. You’re curious, proactive, and take pride in doing things well. You’ve probably had some customer service experience, maybe in retail, fitness, admin or hospo and you’re confident communicating clearly and kindly.

You like being part of a team but you're also comfortable working independently. You notice the little things, bring ideas to the table, and care about making the experience better for customers and your team. You’re organised, thoughtful, and ready to grow with a brand that’s doing things differently.
