We are working exclusively with a global insurance organisation, to hire a new Front-End Engineering team on a 6-month contract basis, to build an extension of the existing insurance platform and technology.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, architects and developers to create visually appealing and highly functional user interfaces for a range of internal web-based applications. You will develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, incorporating user feedback and industry best practices.

Responsibilities

• Participate in some Scrum ceremonies with international teams.
• Analysing requirements and delivering high quality front-end solutions for the development of web applications.
• Work closely with architects to ensure the feasibility of design implementations and provide quality inputs on front-end development best practices.
• Ensure all documentation is developed and maintained.
• Maintain style guides and UI Component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.

Required skills

• Coding skills in .NET, React & Node.js.
• Excellent abstract problem solving and vision.
• Experience calling Restful APIs.
• Experience with Agile methodologies including Scrum.
• Experience with Azure.
• Evidence of being a successful influencer across different teams and cultures.
