About the Role:

The Talent Partner & Sourcer will report into the Senior Talent Partner and work as a team with them, supporting two Directors with clients based in Queensland (QLD) and New South Wales (NSW). The role is primarily focused on recruitment within Property Development, Commercial Construction, and Commercial Real Estate.

This role requires an individual with strong talent mapping and headhunting experience. They must be diligent in using the CRM, proficient in eMarketing, and experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will also benefit from offshore support for administrative tasks.

** This role will be mostly home based, with the requirement to meet the team time to time locally or interstate.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or headhunting.

Strong experience with talent mapping and passive candidate engagement.

Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, and CRM platforms (e.g., Loxo).

Understanding of eMarketing strategies for candidate engagement.

High level of attention to detail and CRM diligence.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing autonomous responsibilities.

Knowledge of Property Development, Commercial Construction, and Commercial Real Estate recruitment.
