The Team

• Working closely with 2 Account Directors across all things Technology and Telecommunications
• You will be part of a larger team of 10 Candidate Managers
• We are a team of 40 here in Sydney, which is also our Head Office with 100 overall

The Role

• Worth Ethic - Averaging 5+ new roles per week, ability to prioritize and deliver is crucial
• Curiosity - Understanding candidate and client needs, ability to probe and build both trust and credibility
• Organised - being able to navigate and master multiple internal and client systems
• Resilient - Recruitment can be difficult, we'll give you all the tools to succeed but this part is on you!

What are we looking for?

• Relevant working experience in a candidate management /sourcing / recruitment role either within an agency or internally to an organisation.
• You will ideally have experience resourcing roles across technology and telco domains, and be open to resourcing roles outside of this also. You may be currently working in a similar role, or perhaps have relevant experience and are looking to return to work.

Experience in IT is not essential but a positive attitude and resilience are.
