The Role:

• Prepare, review, and administer contracts and subcontracts.
• Assist in procurement and tendering processes.
• Manage variations, progress claims, and contractual negotiations.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and project managers.
• Support cost control, forecasting, and reporting.

About you:

• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Law, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in contract administration within the construction industry.
• Experience with government and education sector projects preferred.
• Strong understanding of construction contracts, legislation, and compliance.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
