Key Responsibilities:

• ERP Integration Mastery: Define and meticulously document intricate ERP integration requirements, ensuring flawless data flow across enterprise applications, third-party systems, and external partners.
• Architectural Optimization: Partner with Data Architects and Global Process Owners to optimize the target-state ERP architecture, balancing crucial factors like security, scalability, and performance.
• Business Alignment: Guide Business Analysts and Process Analysts in translating business requirements into a cohesive and effective ERP architecture.
• Strategic Roadmaps: Develop and maintain comprehensive ERP architecture roadmaps and blueprints, driving seamless system interoperability and long-term vision.
• Enterprise Collaboration: Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture to refine reference designs, ensuring strict compliance with security and performance standards.
• Vendor Leadership: Lead engagements with Systems Integration (SI) Partners and vendors, ensuring technically sound and scalable solutions are delivered.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure ERP solutions adhere to global regulatory standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO13485) in partnership with security and compliance teams.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and lead a team of Solution Architects, fostering technical excellence and consistency.
• Deployment Oversight: Oversee technical readiness for deployment phases, data migration, integration, and performance testing, including the development of robust risk mitigation strategies.
• Performance Measurement: Define KPIs for architecture deliverables, meticulously tracking progress and proactively managing risks.
• Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend ERP configurations, cloud infrastructure strategies, and emerging technologies to optimize performance.
• Documentation Excellence: Create and maintain detailed architectural diagrams, integration plans, and data flow documentation to support informed decision-making.

Your Expertise:

• Extensive ERP Experience: Proven track record leading enterprise-scale solution architecture initiatives, with a focus on global ERP implementations.
• Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Mastery: Deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including architecture, integration frameworks, and extensibility options.
• Integration Proficiency: Strong technical knowledge of ERP-to-ERP and third-party integrations, including API-based solutions and middleware (Boomi, Oracle Integration Cloud).
• Communication Prowess: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
• Architectural Governance: Proven leadership in architecture governance, ensuring stakeholder alignment on solution design and technology roadmaps.
• Architectural Frameworks: Deep knowledge of architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman) and cloud-native design patterns.
• Technical Leadership: Experience driving architecture review boards and technical advisory committees.
• Troubleshooting Expertise: Strong troubleshooting skills for complex system integrations, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges.
• Security and Compliance: Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance requirements, and scalable cloud architectures for global ERP operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications: Enterprise architecture certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure Solution Architect).
• Hands-On Oracle Fusion: Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, including PaaS extensions and integrations.
