Who We’re Looking For:

• A Corporate Lawyer with approx. 6 years PAE, ideally from a mid- or top-tier law firm.
• Solid M&A experience (regulated/unregulated) essential
• Must have a stable career history (no job hoppers)
• Confident dealing directly with clients and managing files end-to-end
• Tech-savvy, solution-oriented, and commercially sharp
• Enjoys working in a smart, approachable, and down-to-earth team

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on a range of corporate transactions and structuring matters
• Lead and support on M&A, joint ventures, and shareholder agreements
• Draft and negotiate key commercial documents
• Conduct due diligence, manage negotiations and stakeholder engagement
• Support capital raisings, internal restructures, and corporate governance
