Due to rapid growth and in line with our global expansion, we are seeking a General Manager Assistant to join our vibrant team in Melbourne.

Job Description

Key responsibilities of this position include but not limited to:

Assist the General Manager in daily administrative tasks and business operations.

Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials.

Coordinate and schedule meetings, travel arrangements, and events.

Communicate with internal departments and external partners.

Monitor and follow up on key projects and tasks

To be considered for this role, you will need to:

Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

A Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Bioscience would be highly advantageous.
