Endeavour Air Conditioning, providing commercial & residential service since 1988 are looking for a talented HVAC Mechanical Engineer | Contract Administrator to join their growing team.

As a Mechanical Engineer | Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HVAC projects from conception to completion. You will be involved in estimating, design, site supervision, and ensuring successful project delivery within specified timelines and budgets.

Ideally you will have a Mechanical Engineering degree and have had some experience in the air conditioning industry, preferably in product selection, technical sales and product support.

Skills and Experience required:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.

3 – 5 years minimum HVAC industry experience in sales and support

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems design, installation, and commissioning processes.

Confidence with mechanical drawings, Australian standards, plant operating instructions, and technical manuals.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in budget cost analysis and project management.

The ability to communicate and collaborate effectively at all levels.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Design commercial HVAC systems based on project requirements and specifications.

Perform heat load calculations and energy efficiency analyses.

Ensure compliance with building codes and regulatory standards.

Provide technical support to project teams during construction and installation phases.

Conduct regular site inspections and quality assessments to identify and address any issues or discrepancies promptly.

Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to procure materials and equipment required for project execution.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and progress reports.
