About the company:

Join a reputable HVAC contractor who are picking up a lot of work in the Tier 2 & Tier 1 space. They have a strong pipeline of long term healthcare, infrastructure, industrial and commercial, and education projects that will give you great exposure to a variety of projects. They have an immediate opportunity for a Contracts Administrator having recently promoted previous CA's to Project Managers.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing, collating and evaluating tender documentation.
• Preparation of project scopes, drawings, specs, procurement schedules, and subcontractor packages
• Progress claim assistance and external variations.
• Review, negotiation and finalisation of subcontracts.
• Management and tracking of project expenditure, inclusive of subcontractor claim.
• Administration of RFIs to clients, architects and consultants.
• Administration of the project HSE system.

About you:

• Ideally have a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Contracts Administrator for a HVAC Contractor in Australia
• Mechanical engineering background with exposure to HVAC Design and Estimating - who woudl like to get site exposure.
• Commercial, Healthcare, Education or Industrial project experience is highly desired.
• Knowledge of NSW HVAC construction market and subcontractors
• Strong attention to detail and proven communication skills.
