Metro is seeking a driven and experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in Arndell Park, NSW. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a key role in sourcing and placing the best talent for our diverse client base across a range of industries. What you'll be doing

• Proactively sourcing, screening and interviewing candidate to build a strong talent pool
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job advertising to offer management
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs
• Matching qualified candidates to suitable job opportunities
• Providing excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
• Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly recruitment targets
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and legislative changes

What we're looking for

• 2+ years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role
• Demonstrated ability to source and screen candidates
• Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding recruitment targets
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bullhorn CRM experience preferred
