Labrador AFL Sports Club is located in Labrador on the northern Gold Coast. The Club features 50 gaming machines, function facilities for up to 120 attendees, bar, bistro, entertainment and much more!
We are currently recruiting for an experienced hands on Duty Manager to join our friendly team.

To be considered for this role, you will possess:

• RSA, RSG and RMLV Certificates
• Experience in a similar hospitality role
• Experience in TAB, KENO, gaming, bistro and functions
• Outstanding leadership and management skills
• Experience opening and closing a venue
• An understanding of hospitality and a commitment to providing a welcoming environment
• A sound understanding of and commitment to WH&S principles
• A thorough knowledge of the day-to-day operations of a busy hospitality venue
• Competent computer skills
• Passion to help drive the business to achieve sales targets
• Ability to bring the best out of the staff you work with to ensure business objectives are being met.
• A willingness to develop yourself and those around you
• Excellent communication skills
