The Company:

We are part of the biggest flooring franchise group in Australia, we cover all types of floor coverings from your hard floor coverings to your soft floor coverings. Currently we service the commercial as well as the residential market and we do extensive insurance work.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Competent in English
• Competent in reading and understanding floor plans and measurements
• Prepare subfloors for new floor coverings
• Install laminate hybrids vinyl planks and carpets.
• Install solid timber floors.
• Sand and seal solid timber floors.
• Install broadloom carpet and carpet tiles.
• Check moisture content of substrate.

Skills and Experience:

• Able to use heavy duty saws and sanding equipment.
• Have at least three year’s experience in hard and soft floor coverings.
• Lifting heavy objects of 20 - 30 kilograms on a regular basis.
• Recognize timber species
• Be able to join and match patterned carpets.
