Dear fellow hospo professionals,
We are gearing up for a successful autumn and winter and need more man/woman power in our kitchen.
PLEASE, do not apply if you want to be sponsored, we don't sponsor anybody.
As we added more dining hours and extended our opening hours to meet the demand in our fast paced Bavarian/Austrian style restaurant, we need to upstaff.
We are counting on professionals, real professionals and enthusiastic people that want to work with like minded people. Yes a basic understanding of German cuisine would be helpful but is not essential as we want to add more international dishes and specials.
Currently we are open for only 4 dinner services and 5 lunch services. Tuesday/Wednesday is closed.
For the right candidate we'll offer a 4 day week!
Sous Chef: you need to be a people person with a fantastic attitude; we expect great knife and communication skills, great overview of the cold room, be a self started and the right hand of the Head Chef and take his spot when he is off.
Line/junior Cook: you too need to have a fantastic attitude; you'll need great knife skills, fast learner to adapt to our system, we'll teach you the rest. Casual rates with weekend loading or 65k starting salary and a 4 day week.
Anyone working with us needs to be a people person with great attitude and manners.
You need to embrace that we might operate a bit different than other places as the owner is also the operator with 35 years in hospo and on site all day, every day.
Live in accommodation with pool on site is available.
