About Southern Seas Marine: Southern Seas Marine, a distinguished importer and distributor of marine hardware and equipment, is seeking a passionate and driven Sales administrator to join our expanding team. Located at the Gold Coast City Marina in Coomera, we take pride in providing top-notch products and services to our valued customers.

Role Overview: As a Sales administrator, you will play a pivotal role within our dynamic office sales team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries, processing orders, offering technical advice and support, generating and following up leads, preparing shipments, and ensuring efficient order fulfillment. This is a full-time, office-based position, and the role requires a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and a passion for the marine industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Take customer calls and provide excellent service

Process orders accurately and efficiently

Offer technical advice and support for sales and after-sales service

Actively generate and follow up on leads

Prepare shipments for dispatch

Manage order fulfillment, including ordering and restocking

Conduct product sourcing as needed

Requirements:

Passion for sailing/boating

Well-presented, self-motivated, and enthusiastic

Punctual and committed to delivering high-quality service

Previous sales experience, particularly in the marine industry

Sailing experience is advantageous

Technical aptitude for customer support

Valid driver's license

Computer literate
