About the Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, Operations, this critical leadership role will see you coordinating and overseeing accreditation processes for clients in the NDIS, dental, and diagnostic imaging sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

· Managing and mentoring a dynamic team to ensure seamless client support and operational excellence.

· Developing and implementing processes that enhance client experiences and retention.

· Driving initiatives for growth and contributing to my client's outstanding industry reputation.
