Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing the deal. This role is perfect for a self-driven professional who excels in a remote working environment and is passionate about achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Hours: 2-3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential clients who would benefit from Industrial Relations, Payroll, and Human Resources sectors.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and understanding of client needs.
Present and promote our services to prospective clients through various channels (calls, emails, virtual meetings, etc.).
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably with knowledge of Industrial Relations, Payroll, or Human Resources.
Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and remotely.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving results.
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
