The Role:
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and take our menu to the next level. As Head Chef, you will have the opportunity to showcase your culinary creativity, drive operational excellence, and mentor a dedicated team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute seasonal menus that align with Candy Cafe’s innovative approach.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, presentation, and quality control.
• Lead and motivate a team of chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring high performance and collaboration.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to ensure cost efficiency.
• Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards.
• Monitor and manage kitchen budgets, including labor and food costs.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Passion for culinary creativity and delivering exceptional dining experiences.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to inspire and develop your team.
• Expertise in kitchen management, food cost control, and supplier negotiations.
• Commitment to quality, consistency, and innovation.
• Knowledge of modern culinary trends and techniques.
