The Company

Our client is a market leading global Medical Device organisation who manufacture and distribute a large range of products into a range of therapy areas. Their products span across a mix of implants, consumables, capital equipment. They are an extremely niche and specialised business who are currently going through a very strong period of growth internationally and within the ANZ market.

The Role

Drive business growth of the product range and increase market share within Melbourne

Support cases and spend time within the theatre world

Educate customers on the product portfolio and build strong relations

Partner with the State/ National Sales colleagues

Interpret sales and marketing data and determine effective sales strategies

Build quality and value-add relations with surgeons and hospital staff

Attent conferences, sales meetings, various training events throughout the year

About you

Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Sales experience in Medical Devices (minimum 2 years) OR strong Clinical Specialist background + a solid clinical background (nursing, allied health, radiographer etc.)

Ideally you have worked with Implant medical devices

Open to Medical Device reps from one of the following areas: Cardiac Ryhthm Management, Orthopaedics, Cardiovascular, Neuromodulation, Spine etc.

Strong organisation, time management and communication skills

Ability to work autonomously and with a niche customer group
