Office Administration - Full Time
We are seeking an administration person for a construction business located in Tullamarine, this position involves the day to day running of an office for a construction/maintenance business.
The role is available to commence immediately.
Duties include but not limited to:
Data Entry
Assisting with job compliance
Assisting with Accounts Payable and Receivable
Maintenance of current job files
Maintaining company insurances
General administration duties
The successful person will have some administration experience, we are happy to train the right person. Experience with Myob is preferable but not essential. Experience with Microsoft Work and Excel is also preferred.
This position will be employed directly by the construction business not ALJ Bookkeeping.
