About the role
As a Customer Support Specialist at JACK App, you will be the friendly face of our company, providing exceptional support to our valued customers. In this full-time role based in Adelaide, South Australia, you will be responsible for resolving a wide range of customer inquiries and ensuring a positive experience with our innovative web and mobile application.
What you'll be doing
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions
Troubleshoot technical issues and guide customers through the application's features and functionalities
Document customer interactions and resolutions to improve our support processes
Maintain and update support documentation, including FAQs, articles, and video tutorials
Monitor support interactions to identify trends, pain points, or feature requests and communicate these to the product development team
Maintain a positive and professional attitude, ensuring customer satisfaction is a top priority
Participate in ongoing training to expand your knowledge of the product and industry best practices
What we're looking for
2+ years of experience in a customer service or technical support role, preferably in the IT or software industry
Candidates with administrative experience in the residential construction industry are preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear, patient, and concise manner
Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and ticketing systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and applications
A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a genuine interest in technology
