THE ROLE

The firm requires a talented Client Supervisor/Manager to work in team of 8 accountants and provide exceptional services to a portfolio of business clients from all industries. Duties include (but are not limited to):

Managing client relationships in collaboration with the Partner.

Delivering exceptional client-focused accounting services, including compliance and advisory work.

Conducting thorough research on technical issues and apply findings to client circumstances.

Mentor and support the accounting team to ensure timely service delivery.

Ensuring clients are informed of a relevant project status and also proactively address any issues, building long-term relationships.

Effectively manage and develop your team and their workflow through effective delegation of tasks, technical support of junior team members.

YOUR SKILLS

CA/CPA qualification.

Proven experience in delivering high-quality accounting services, including financial statements, tax return preparation and review.

In-depth knowledge of the Income Tax Assessment Act, FBT legislation, GST, and other relevant legislation.

Expertise in identifying and advising on taxation issues affecting SME’s.

Ability to influence both staff and clients.
