Key Responsibilities:

Manage a broad range of portfolios for clients, focusing on business advisory services

Oversee tax planning, advisory and compliance for large SME individuals and businesses

Provide strategic financial advice to clients to drive growth within their own businesses

Lead and mentor a team of accounting professionals

Contribute to the firm's growth and business development initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Extensive business services & tax experience working in an Australian accounting firm

CA or CPA qualifications

Focus on technical tax issues for private clients

Strong advisory skills and a proven track record in providing value-added services

Excellent communication and leadership skills

A proactive approach to client relationships and business development

Be a current Director looking for clear pathway to equity or an Associate Director/Senior Manager who feels blocked from progressing who is looking for a new opportunity.
