About the role

Vivad(Aust) Pty Ltd, a leading signage and digital print provider, is seeking an experienced Estimator / Project Manager / Customer Service professional to join our growing team in Campbellfield, Victoria. This full-time role will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, project management, and cost estimating for our diverse range of signage and digital print projects.

What you'll be doing

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for signage and digital print jobs, ensuring accurate and competitive pricing
• Manage projects from order placement through to successful completion, liaising with clients and internal teams
• Provide outstanding customer service, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns in a timely manner
• Collaborate with the production team to ensure efficient workflow and on-time delivery of projects
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
• Maintain detailed records and documentation for all projects

What we're looking for

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within the signage, print or a related industry
• Strong understanding of signage and digital print production processes and costing
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients
• Proficient in the use of estimating software and project management tools
• Highly organised with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
• Keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing high-quality work
