Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Day Spa Manager to lead our small team, oversee daily operations, and drive business growth. This is a hands-on role involving team leadership, marketing, reception duties, retail sales, and performance management.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Management: Supervise and motivate a small team of beauty therapists and reception staff, ensuring excellent service delivery.

Salon Operations: Oversee daily spa functions, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a high standard of presentation.

KPI & Sales Management: Monitor and drive team performance, including service and retail sales targets.

Reception & Customer Service: Greet clients, manage bookings, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Marketing & Promotions: Assist in social media, promotions, and marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

Retail & Product Knowledge: Drive retail sales and train staff on product offerings.

Stock & Supplies: Manage inventory, order supplies, and maintain spa equipment as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience in beauty, spa, or salon management.

Strong leadership and people-management skills.

Retail sales experience with a proven track record of meeting KPIs.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Well-presented, professional, and passionate about the beauty industry.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with social media marketing is a plus.
