Your Role

Coffs Harbour endota is seeking a manager who is available Wednesday-Saturday.

In your role as Spa Manager, you will be responsible for spa budgeting/forecasting, roster optimisation, recruitment needs and inventory management. As the face of the spa, you will deliver an exceptional level of customer service to build up your spa’s client base. Using your beauty knowledge, you will be able to support and further develop your team of therapists to provide high quality treatments and skincare advice, providing an excellent wellness journey for our clients.

Boasting 7 treatment rooms, we specialise in massage, facials, spa packages and a full list of beauty treatments. We offer the latest in advanced skin technology such as Light Therapy (LED), Clinical peels, Hydro-Microdermabrasion and Electro-Mesotherapy.

Your skills and experience

At endota, you are willing to share your time, experience, and expertise – not only for the good of others, but for your own personal satisfaction and growth.

• You hold a Certificate IV or Diploma in Beauty Therapy with previous industry experience (a Diploma in Salon Management is highly advantageous, but not essential). Special considerations for those without a beauty qualification would be given for managers who can show excellence in retail and team management
• You have strong communication skills and excellent personal presentation standards.
• You have availability to work weekends.
• You are a confident leader with previous experience managing and supporting a team of dedicated therapists.
• You will be as passionate about the endota brand as we are and share our core values and philosophy.
• You are motivated to achieve KPIs and inspire others with your customer service focus.
• You are confident leading a team through challenges and developing their skills and knowledge.
• You are highly organised and exhibit great time management skills.
