WOW Recruitment is excited to be hiring 2 x Business Development Managers for our client in the Automotive and Insurance industry – a scaling company dedicated to reducing the stress and inconvenience caused by motor vehicle collisions.

Our client is a nationwide accident management service provider that supports not-at-fault drivers from the moment of the collision through to the finalisation of their claim. With a strong focus on trust, authenticity, and empathy, they are committed to delivering outstanding service to their industry partners and customers.

This is a fully remote, field-based role covering one of the following territories: Sydney North East or Sydney South East.

• Territory: Remote role servicing Sydney NE or Sydney SE!
• Salary: $90K - $100K + Super + Commission
• Tesla Included!
• Working model: Field Based Role (company car included)

About The Role:

• Drive new business growth by identifying and converting leads with our industry partners
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing industry partners to foster long-term loyalty.
• Conduct face-to-face customer visits in your territory, engaging with panel shops and industry partners.
• Achieve sales KPIs and targets with a focus on customer retention.
• Manage accounts and track progress using a fully mobile CRM.
• Reclaim lost customers and nurture existing relationships to maximize revenue.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations and legal, to ensure seamless service delivery.

About you

• 3+ years’ experience in business development, sales, or account management.
• Field sales experience with the ability to manage a territory independently.
• Strong relationship-building skills with a resilient sales mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Experience in the automotive or related industry is preferred but not essential.
