We are looking for a Qualified Retail Butcher to join our growing Team. We are passionate about everything to do with Meat & Smallgoods and attend the AMIC events annually as we believe it is important to keep the butcher industry alive.

We Need a Qualified Butcher Who Has:

A certified butcher trade qualification & experience with boning chicken, lamb & pork.

A genuine passion for the industry.

Excellent presentation and communication skills with Attention to detail

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment – and LOVE it!

Expertly cutting, preparing and packaging a variety of fresh meat products to customer specifications

Adhering to all relevant health, safety and hygiene standards & Maintaining a clean work area

Looking for someone living on Sunshine Coast

Smallgoods experience is an advantage, Processing our Ham, Bacon, kabana, beer sticks, etc (boning, pumping, rolling, cooking, slicing)

Award wage/wage negotiable depending on skill level for the right candidate. If you're worth it, we'll pay it!

Full-time hours Monday to Friday

No Saturday or Sunday hours - Your Family is important to us and we want to make sure you spend weekends with them.
