This dynamic, hands-on role is crucial to the success of our e-bike division as we expand—perfect for someone who enjoys both fixing bikes and helping gig workers thrive!

What You’ll Do:

Diagnose, repair, and maintain e-bikes (electrical systems, motors, batteries, and mechanical components).

Perform tune-ups to keep our delivery riders rolling.

Assist with inventory and suggest upgrades to optimize performance.

Take on front-of-house customer service—answering questions, offering advice, and ensuring gig workers have a great experience.

Work with our team to streamline operations and grow our presence in the delivery market.

What We’re Looking For:

Experience repairing e-bikes or traditional bikes (e-bike training is a plus!).

Solid knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and battery diagnostics.

Problem-solving skills and adaptability.

Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable vibe for customer interactions.
