The Opportunity:
Working cohesively with the Store Manager and workshop team, to assist with Customer Sales, Customer Communication and Communication with teams, ensuring the customers experience of having their automotive requirements completed with us is the best it can be.

About the role:
- Utilising your skills to deliver 5 star customer service
- Delivering the complete customer solution, utilising your sales and product knowledge
- Communicating with accuracy and efficiency through person to person, emails and phone
- Management of customer tyre and mechanical bookings
- Assisting and finalising repair orders/invoices
- Work cohesively with the workshop to ensure successful quoting and completion of work orders
- Organising, ordering, and tracking stock/parts
- Roster Monday- Friday, every second Saturday morning
DMH Customer Service Advisor is:
- Independent, motivated and enthusiastic collaborator who will enhance the groups culture and build relationships with fellow team members
- Driven in customer service and sales, to deliver the best outcome for our customers and our business
- Disciplined in time management, able to follow established process and complete checklists
- Excellent communication skills to successfully follow and deliver both verbal and written directions
- Punctual, dependable, and consistent to ensure team performance
- Computer literate
Experience:
- Experience and understanding of automotive parts
- Exceptional Customer service skills
- Tyre sales experience would be advantageous, not essential, training provided
- Experience in providing customer solutions
- Computer skills including email correspondence
- Marlin experience would be advantageous, not essential
