We’re a growing dental practice looking for a reliable and motivated Dental Assistant & Receptionist to join our team on a casual basis. This is a great opportunity for a school leaver, university student, or return-to-work parent who wants to learn on the job. We offer flexible shifts (1–4 days per week) and full training, so no prior experience is required.

About the Role

As a Dental Assistant & Receptionist, you will play an important role in providing a smooth and professional experience for our patients. You’ll be working in a supportive environment where your contribution will make a real difference. We’re looking for someone who is a quick learner, adaptable, and able to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting the dentist during procedures, including chair-side support and sterilisation of instruments

Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms and instruments

Managing patient appointments, recalls, and enquiries

Welcoming patients and ensuring they feel comfortable and well cared for

Handling payments and health fund claims

Keeping patient records accurate and up-to-date
