As a Treatment Coordinator, you will be an integral part of the patient journey—from the first inquiry to their final smile reveal. Your role will be essential in building trust, providing support, and facilitating seamless patient experiences, ensuring they receive the highest level of care.

About the Role

As a Treatment Coordinator at Nova Dental Implant Centre, you will play a pivotal role in transforming patients’ lives. You will guide them through every stage of their dental implant journey, working closely with the clinical and administrative teams to provide a world-class experience.

You will see firsthand the emotional and physical impact of the treatments we offer, making this a deeply rewarding role for someone passionate about patient care and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities

Pre-Consultation

• Establish rapport with a warm and professional initial contact.
• Prepare a tailored consultation plan, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and organized.
• Educate and build confidence in patients by providing essential information about treatment options.

Consultation Day

• Create a welcoming and supportive environment to help patients feel at ease.
• Guide patients through the intake process and preliminary discussions to understand their goals and concerns.
• Build strong patient relationships and assist in treatment planning in collaboration with the clinical team.

Clinical Team Transition

• Seamlessly hand over patients to the clinical team for assessment and treatment presentation.
• Ensure clear communication between the patient and the clinical team.

Post-Consultation Follow-Up

• Review treatment options with patients and address any concerns.
• Facilitate financial discussions regarding Supercare, Humm, and other financing solutions.
• Secure patient commitment by guiding them through deposit and treatment acceptance.
• Follow up proactively to answer further questions and support patients in making informed decisions.

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and connect with patients.
• Confidence in financial discussions, assisting patients in understanding financing options, including Superannuation and payment plans.
• Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple patients and processes efficiently.
• A passion for patient care and a commitment to making a difference in people’s lives.
