We are now looking for a Full-Time Showroom Sales Consultant to join our Mulgrave team. If you have a passion for sales, enjoy working with customers, and thrive in a fast-paced showroom environment, this is your opportunity to build a successful career with us!
Important: This role is ideal for hands-on sales professionals who enjoy direct customer interaction and teamwork. Previous managerial experience is NOT required, as this role focuses specifically on frontline sales activities and team collaboration.

What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers in our showroom, understanding their renovation needs and providing expert product recommendations.
- Consult, quote, and close deals, guiding customers from initial enquiry to final purchase while maintaining a high conversion rate.
- Work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, balancing multiple customer interactions and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
- Build strong relationships with homeowners, renovators, and builders, offering solutions that align with their budget and project timelines.
- Stay proactive and competitive—our customers are ready to buy, and your ability to deliver exceptional service will drive results.
- Showroom-based sales role—no travel required! You’ll manage customer interactions in-store, via email, and over the phone, ensuring every enquiry receives professional and timely support.

Who We’re Looking For:
✅ A strong sales background, preferably have experience working towards targets and KPIs
✅ A motivated, results-driven individual with a "can-do, will-do" attitude
✅ Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills - confident in face-to-face, phone, and email communication to provide tailored solutions.
✅ Work independently to meet sales targets and collaboratively with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfilment and after-sales support
✅ Confident using digital tools—quick to learn and navigate POS, CRM, and other systems and tools in a digital workplace.
✅ Availability to work on Saturdays
