About the Role:

As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in driving customer retention and growth by engaging with real estate agents. This role involves high-volume, web-based account management, scheduling and conducting Zoom meetings, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

This opportunity is well suited to professionals with a background in property management, sales, business development, leasing, or real estate administration, looking to transition into a client-focused, digital environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Scheduling and leading Zoom meetings with agents.
• Achieving customer retention and growth targets.
• Providing exceptional service and maintaining high customer satisfaction ratings.
• Collaborating with internal teams to address customer needs and resolve issues.
• Staying up to date with company products and services.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally in account management or sales.
• A strong understanding of digital platforms and online marketing.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• A KPI-driven approach with a focus on achieving targets.
• High adaptability and excellent organisational skills.
• The ability to manage time effectively and prioritise competing tasks.

Candidates with experience in real estate including property management, sales, business development, leasing (residential or commercial), or sales administration/PA roles is a must.
