Marketing Manager – Full-Time (Onsite, 5 Days a Week in Kemps Creek) $120,000 - $140,000 Inclusive Super

Overview:
Allura Partners is partnering with a leading FMCG company to recruit a Marketing Manager responsible for identifying and capitalising on market opportunities to drive revenue growth. This role plays a critical part in ensuring effective collaboration, streamlined communication, and strong marketing capabilities to maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.

The ideal candidate is an experienced Marketing Manager with a proven track record of managing high-profile brands in fast-paced environments. They will have extensive experience executing multi-channel campaigns across TV, radio, digital, and print, as well as working closely with franchise networks and high-demand clients to ensure brand consistency and strategic alignment. Expertise in event management is essential, from planning through to execution, ensuring a seamless brand presence at industry events and activations.

Additionally, this role requires hands-on experience in sourcing, managing, and distributing marketing collateral to support sales teams, franchisees, and key stakeholders. The successful candidate will be adept at balancing strategic planning with execution, managing multiple priorities, and delivering impactful marketing initiatives in high-pressure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute tactical promotional activities and a 12-month digital marketing calendar.
  • Create engaging content for EDMs, social media posts, and onsite product/category pages.
  • Collaborate with product, data, and marketing teams to support product launches and ensure accurate product information.
  • Respond promptly to customer enquiries, delivering excellent service and support.
  • Provide day-to-day store support, including ordering promotional merchandise and handling ad-hoc marketing requests.
  • Supply creative assets to partnering agencies for media and search campaigns.
  • Manage social media platforms, including Meta, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Plan, set up, and launch online campaigns and promotions.
  • Work closely with the franchise network on digital campaigns, marketing activities, reports, and ad-hoc requests.
  • Oversee website management, including uploading product images, content, videos, blogs, and store locator updates (Magento platform).
  • Drive a structured local marketing program to enhance operations and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement general marketing and communication strategies to attract and retain customers, driving online and in-store purchases.
  • Support public relations efforts, working closely with leadership to enhance brand presence and advocacy.
  • Maintain and uphold brand strategy, ensuring consistency in look and feel across all marketing channels.
  • Build collaborative relationships with suppliers and vendors, working cross-functionally to execute new product and service initiatives.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business needs and marketing team development.

Knowledge & Skill Requirements:

  • Development & Delivery of Strategic Marketing Plans – Ability to articulate and execute marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Building Brand Equity & Market Position – Experience in branding and positioning strategies, leveraging both digital and traditional marketing.
  • End-User Engagement & Market Segmentation – Strong understanding of customer segmentation to tailor campaigns for target audiences.
  • Forecasting & Measuring Trends and Results – Ability to create and implement metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness.
  • Maintaining Industry Leadership – Capability to track industry trends and evolving customer behaviours.
  • Digital Strategy Development – Expertise in leveraging digital platforms for growth and innovation.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 - 5 years proven experience in marketing, with a focus on digital strategy, content creation, and campaign execution
  • Strong ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in website management (Magento preferred) and digital marketing platforms.
  • Experience working with retail customers and franchises would be highly advantageous
  • Ability to work onsite five days a week in Kemps Creek.
  • Must have full working rights
