The Role:
If you're an experienced Property Lawyer with strong technical skills in managing complex off the plan transactions and developer work across multiple state jurisdictions, this role is for you! You can expect to handle:

Off the Plan Transactions

Developer matters

Self Managed Super Fund Purchases

Transactions across multiple jurisdictions - Qld, NSW, Vic, SA and WA

This is an opportunity that will see you forming part of a team of lawyers, who oversee and manage the conveyancing process for the firm's high volumes of transactions, of an off the plan nature. You will have support from a team that handles each key stage of the conveyancing process, and will work together collectively.

You will have experience managing team members, and you will lead and inspire your team that works together to achieve success. You will have access to support from the firm to maintain strong relationships with key referrers.

Bring with you:

A minimum of 3 years PAE as a Property Lawyer

A passion for property transactions

A strong client focus

The ability to nurture relationships with key referrers and build new relationships

Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for working in a collaborative environment

A keen eye for detail
