About the Role
As a Teacher Aide, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher in delivering a Steiner curriculum that fosters the intellectual, emotional, and social growth of students. Your responsibilities will include:

Assisting with lesson preparation and classroom organisation, supporting arts, crafts, and outdoor learning activities.

Providing one-on-one and small group support to students with diverse learning needs.

Encouraging social-emotional growth, helping students develop resilience, social skills, and positive relationships.

Helping maintain a calm and organised classroom environment that promotes respectful behaviour and engagement.

Assisting in observing and reporting on student progress, communicating key observations to the teacher and support team.

What We’re Looking For

Experience as a Teacher Aide or in a similar student support role.

Patience, empathy, and a calm, nurturing approach to working with children.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teachers and students.

Flexibility and creativity in adapting to students' individual needs.

A strong commitment to the holistic development of children, supporting their well-being and learning.
