The role
As a Senior Architect, you’ll lead projects through all phases – from concept design to documentation and delivery. Balancing creative vision with technical expertise, you’ll ensure seamless project execution while managing multiple priorities. A key aspect of this role is guiding and mentoring a team of architects and designers, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.

Your ability to see the bigger picture while managing the finer details will be essential in delivering high-quality design solutions that align with strategic project goals. Working closely with directors, clients, and consultants, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the studio’s continued success.

The ideal candidate
To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Proven experience as a Senior Architect across a broad range of projects locally.
• Architectural registration is essential.
• Strong design and project leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams, clients, and consultants.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Exposure to and an understanding of project management and site coordination.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
