We are currently seeking 2 experienced cafe baristas for our cafe Sanma Espresso located inside our greengrocer produce store in Rutherford, And we want you!

The positions are casual with the possibility of part time for the right applicant.

The ideal applicants will need to be -

• well presented, high energy and approachable
• exceptional knowledge of hospitality
• Own Transport
• Weekend Availability
• Willing to work in a family owned and run business in a supportive team environment.
• Can work in a fast pace environment
• Barista experience

Barista key duties include:

Preparing and serving coffee and other beverages.

Maintaining the espresso bar to a high standard.

Ensure a safe and hygienic work environment.

Making and maintaining consistently great coffee

Delivering high quality customer service.

Building a rapport with regular customers.

Keeping the work space clean and well presented.

Taking customer orders
