My client is seeking an experienced Team Leader or Department Head to manage the operations of a highly successful Property Management department. The ideal candidate will be a natural leader, with extensive Property Management experience and the ability to implement policies and procedures while leading a tight-knit team. This role requires a high level of trust, responsibility, and a genuine commitment to the success and well-being of the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a small team of staff
• oversee a portfolio of around 1000 properties
• Serve as the point of contact for escalated issues.
• Manage all new external relationships.
• Handle monthly reporting responsibilities.
• Foster key relationships with the sales team.
• Support new business development and collaborate with leasing teams.
• Minimize risk for clients and the company.
• Ensure compliance with governance and regulations within the department.
• Lead business unit budget planning.
• Provide proactive support and development for the property management team.
• Experience working with cross-cultural teams is preferred.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience as a Department Head
• Strong background in Real Estate with prior experience in similar roles.
• Holds a current Certificate of Registration.
• Solid knowledge of industry-related legislation.
• Exceptional coaching and leadership abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, pay attention to detail, and meet deadlines.
