About Our Client

Our client is an experienced national freight company with the capacity to move freight across Australia. Our client is helping grow regional Australia by delivering bulk commodities to the world. To achieve this, the Company has three major avenues: Network, Coal and Bulk. Our client is also a leading specialist in the services of rail design, engineering, construction, management and maintenance.

What you will be Doing

This role requires strong customer service and administrative skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Liaising with truck drivers and reach stacker operators for container locations

Liaising with stakeholders for truck trip creation

Gating in/out trucks to the rail terminal

Performing general administrative tasks

Providing general customer service

What you will need

Ability to work rotating shifts Including Nights afternoon morning and Weekend Shift

Strong computer literacy skills, particularly in Microsoft Office

Proven experience in a similar or administrative role

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Motivated and Hard working to succeed in all task

Current Driver license & updated Resume
