The Opportunity:
Owning two major assets in NSW, our client is on an upward trajectory with the supportive backing of their parent company are seeking an astute Financial Accountant to help boost the accounting and reporting function. Located in the heart of the CBD and offering excellent flexibility & work/life balance, this role will have a fantastic balance of a challenging role where you can utilise your technical skillset with opportunities to be involved in IT projects.

The Role:
Reporting into an experienced Finance Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Preparing consolidated financial statements and monthly reports
- Supporting annual reporting packs and audit queries
- Assisting with tax compliance (GST, income tax and FBT)
- Developing excel templates and reports for financial analysis
- Assisting with ad hoc IT projects and other process improvements

About You:
- CA/CPA qualified or close to
- Strong excel skills imperative
- Experience with financial reporting and tax compliance
- Experience with ERP systems, planning/reporting tools
- Motivated, eager to learn, inquisitive
