The Role
As a successful Accounts Administrator, your duties will include but not be limited to:
- Bank reconciliations
- Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivables
- Preparing and completing financial reports and statements
- Tax preparation
- Updating and processing inventory and stock orders
- Property lease administration
- Hours: 12-15 hours per week (negotiable)
- Salary: $50 - $70/hour + superannuation
- Location: Maroubra (must have driver's license)
- Assignment: Temp to Permanent
You
As a successful Accounts Administrator, you will offer:
- Diploma of Accounting
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience using Xero is ideal
- Background in property or leasing is highly regarded
