About the Role

We are seeking an Accounts & Administration Officer or Bookkeeper on part time or full time basis to join our team in Peakhurst, Sydney. This role focuses on accounts payable and receivable, along with general administrative tasks. As we continue to refine and improve our internal processes, we’re looking for someone who can adapt, problem-solve, and take initiative.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and processing remittances
• Support accounts payable by processing invoices and liaising with suppliers
• Complete administrative forms and assist with office documentation
• Communicate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve queries

What You Will Need to Succeed

• Experience in Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial tasks
• Proficiency in accounting software (XERO experience desirable)
• Excellent organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
• Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies
• Strong communication skills to liaise with customers and suppliers professionally
