We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced payroll professional with SAP experience to join a leading accountancy firm in the CBD with great WFH flexibility. This role is well suited to an experienced candidate with strong SAP & Excel skills.

About the Role:

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients using SAP Payroll.
• Ensure compliance with Australian tax laws, superannuation, and Fair Work regulations.
• Liaise with clients to understand payroll needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Process and reconcile payroll transactions, including salary payments, deductions, and entitlements.
• Manage payroll reporting, including STP (Single Touch Payroll), PAYG, Superannuation, and EOY reporting.
• Troubleshoot payroll issues and provide resolutions
• Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and SAP enhancements.
• Assist in payroll audits and compliance checks.

About you:

• 5+ years of payroll experience, ideally in an outsourced or professional services environment.
• Strong experience with SAP
• Strong Excel skills
• In-depth knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, taxation, and superannuation requirements.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple client accounts.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
