Position: Account Manager – Audio Visual Event Production

Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year

NEXTGEN is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team in the dynamic world of audiovisual event production. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a leading company specialising in high-quality AV solutions for events. The role offers variety and challenge, with regular business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM), and the flexibility to accommodate occasional major projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales for audiovisual rental and event production services.

Build and maintain long-term client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service.

Coordinate event production, ensuring all AV requirements are met on time and to the highest standards.

Manage client inquiries through phone, email, and in-person meetings.

Create and revise quotes, contracts, and project timelines.

Attend site visits and oversee event execution to ensure quality service delivery.

Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless event experiences.

Utilise Design software for drawing floor plans when required.

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in audiovisual production, rental sales, or corporate event sales/management.

Strong sales and administrative skills, with excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality service.

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a team player.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
