A well-established textiles manufacturer is seeking a proactive and hands-on Industrial Engineer to optimise manufacturing processes, enhance efficiency, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across Extrusion and Chemical Manufacturing operations.

About the Role:

As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a key role in streamlining production, introducing automation, and implementing LEAN, Six Sigma, and Industry 4.0 practices. You will collaborate across departments to improve safety, quality, and efficiency while supporting CAPEX projects and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead LEAN manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Identify & implement process automation and digital transformation opportunities.
• Conduct time studies, method studies, and value stream mapping to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Production, Maintenance, and Quality to optimise workflows.
• Implement data-driven decision-making tools using analytics dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
✔ 2+ years of experience in an industrial/manufacturing environment.
✔ Strong knowledge of LEAN manufacturing, Six Sigma, and process optimization.
✔ Experience with automation technologies.
✔ Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, SQL).
✔ Strong problem-solving, leadership, and project management skills.
