A market leader in providing technical solutions to essential industries such as food, dairy, beverage production, pharmaceutical and desalination industries.

The business has recently expanded and established a Service Centre to provide technical support and maintenance services to our clients.

Further growth is now underway, to include production of key components/heat exchange equipment in Australia.

Position Overview:

As a Service Engineer, you will provide onsite and workshop support to customers across Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Desalination industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Servicing and repair of separators, decanters, heat exchangers and homogenisers.
• Go to site or provide workshop support - this would be a circa 50/50 split.
• Travel to visit customers within Victoria and Interstate.
• Preparing Service Reports, conducting site audits and assessments, as well as completing JSA and SWMS documents.

Candidate Background:

• Experience working with separators or decanters is highly desired. Any rotating equipment or heat exchanger background will be considered.
• Mechanical Engineering, Service Engineering or Service Technician background. Servicing process equipment is well regarded.
• Ideally has food + dairy industry experience.
• Can show initiative, be proactive while a team player to fit into the company culture.
• Is able to travel, visiting a range of customer sites and can accommodate occasional overnight stays.
